1. Introduction
Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd, 90 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 9RZ ("Sponsor") is offering a game of chance (the "Game") to promote its Travelzoo Top 20™ newsletter (the "Newsletter").

2. How to Play
A) Participants in the Game are either subscribers of the Newsletter during the Game Period up to and including the day of the random drawing who refer at least TWO (2) new subscribers to the Newsletter via http://uk.top20.travelzoo.com/win/ or new registered subscribers of the Newsletter who are entered in the Sweepstakes by signing up to receive the Newsletter at http://uk.top20.travelzoo.com/win/new . Newsletter subscription is free. Each Participant who is already a subscriber will receive ONE (1) entry in the Game for referring the required TWO (2) friends or family members’ email addresses. An additional ONE (1) entry is rewarded for every extra referral (over and above the required two) who then also become subscribers. Participants who are not existing subscribers to the Newsletter will receive ONE (1) entry to the Sweepstakes by signing up to receive the Top 20 Newsletter, after clicking the required link in their confirmation email. Once a subscriber he/she can gain extra entries to the Sweepstakes on the confirmation page by referring TWO (2) friends or family members’ email addresses. An additional ONE (1) entry is rewarded for every extra referral (over and above the required two) who then also become subscribers. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified; for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions; for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software; or for any error, human, technical or otherwise.* Alternative method to enter without referring a friend: hand-print your name, address, postcode, day and evening phone numbers, your email address which is subscribed to Travelzoo's Top 20 newsletter, and the words ‘Travelzoo Autumn (JUNE 2009 EDITION)’ Sweepstakes on a 3" x 5" card, and post it in a stamped addressed envelope to: Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd, c/o "Travelzoo (JUNE 2009 EDITION)" Sweepstakes, 90 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 9RZ. Post-in entries must be postmarked by 24 July 2009 and received by 27 July 2009. Only one entry per valid email address will be accepted. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Entries become the property of Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd and will not be returned. Participants who are not existing subscribers will receive an invitation to enter the Game from their friend or family member. If no action is taken to join the Game, a reminder email is sent a week before the closing date, 20 July, 2009.

3. How to Win
The winner will be determined in a random drawing by computer to be held on or about 27 July 2009. The Sponsor will notify the Participant via the registered email address within SEVEN (7) days of the drawing. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Entry to the Sweepstakes is valid for the duration of the Game, the timing of which is set forth below. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. Timing
The " Travelzoo (JUNE 2009 EDITION) Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") begins 22 June 2009, at 06:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and ends midnight 26 July 2009. (GMT), (the "Game Period").

5. Claiming Prizes
To claim a prize, Participant must print out the email received from the Sponsor containing the information that Participant was randomly selected to win a prize, legibly hand write on the email print-out the Participant’s name, address, and telephone number, and then send it to Travelzoo, Attention: Sweepstakes, via facsimile, 0207 203 2001. Sponsor must receive all prize claims no later than FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours after the winner was notified by the Sponsor. Within SEVEN (7) days of receipt of Participant’s prize claim, Sponsor will supply via facsimile, email or Royal Mail, an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (the "Affidavit"). The winner must execute and return the Affidavit within TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours of receipt. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification. If the potential winner cannot be confirmed within THIRTY-SIX (36) hours after the drawing, at the email address provided, then an alternate winner may be selected. All correspondence strictly between Travelzoo and the winner.

6. Prizes and Odds
a) The prize (the "Prize") on offer in the Game is a 7-night holiday at the 5-star Sheraton Full Moon, Maldives, including flights for two with Monarch Airlines ex LGW on Sundays, speedboat transfers, accommodation in a Deluxe room with breakfast for two included. Travel departure dates 31 July to 31 October 2009, subject to availability at time of booking. This deluxe resort is managed by the renowned Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide group, with superb accommodation, excellent facilities including a pool, choice of 5 restaurants, 3 bars and a short speedboat transfer from the airport. The island is just 870 yards long and 200 yards wide, Sheraton Full Moon is located in the North Male Atoll about 20 minutes by speedboat from the airport. The prize is non transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. Images used in this Sweepstakes are for promotional purposes, and may differ to the actual prize offered. The odds for winning the Prize depend on the total number of entries in the Game.

7. Second Chance Drawing
If the Prize is not claimed, Sponsor will hold an additional random drawing on or about 30 July 2009 from among all eligible entries received during the Game Period. Sponsor will notify Second Chance Drawing winner via the registered email address within SEVEN (7) days.

8. Who is Eligible
The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, and the immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, husband, wife, or life partner) of each such employee, together with those with whom such employees are domiciled, are not eligible.

9. General Terms and Conditions
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Game constitutes the winners consent to Sponsors use of the winners name, town, city, and county, likeness, photograph, statements made by the winner about the Game, Sponsor, or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. All entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, and any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that email address. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email address for the domain. By receipt of any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd., its related companies, subsidiaries, and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Game or receipt or use of the prize. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and none will be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading any material from Sponsors website, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to the Sponsors website by a hypertext link. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Game if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Game as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize at random from the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. English law applies. Sponsors decisions as to all administrative aspects of the Game and the determination of the winner are final and binding on Participants.

10. Dispute Resolution
By participating in the Game, each Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game, or any prize awarded, other than the administration of the Game or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Courts of England and Wales; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Game but in no event legal fees; and (3) under no circumstances will the Participant be permitted to obtain awards for and each Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants and Sponsor in connection with the Game, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of England and Wales, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England and Wales. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Data Use
Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Participants when they enter the Game by signing up for the Newsletter. Please review Travelzoo's privacy policy at http://uk.sweepstakes.travelzoo.com/privacy/. By participating in the Game, Participants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in Travelzoo's privacy policy.

12. Copy of Official Rules and Past Winners
Sponsor will post the name and town of the winner on the website after the winner is notified and will maintain the winner list at http://uk.sweepstakes.travelzoo.com/winners/ for approximately six months after the drawing. Any person may obtain a copy of the Official Rules for the Game by post by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd, c/o Official Rules, 90 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9RZ. Any person may obtain a copy of the winner list by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd, c/o Winners List, 90 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9RZ. Requests for Official Rules and Winner List must be received no later than six months after drawing.
